If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No refund will be issued for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Books with obvious signs of use <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Refunds<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lisqual@cix.co.uk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Sale items<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Only regular priced items may be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
